for the last 2-3 years it has lost its credibility to an extent that it is at the verge of closure now. The
majority of its airplanes are not sturdy enough to take flights and have been grounded due to technical
faults - causing massive disruption in the flight schedules. The planes which are in a position to fly are
facing scarcity of fuel; for which the national and international flight schedules are affected drastically.
The technical staff blames their top-level management for not providing the required spare parts and
other facilities. They also criticize the top-level for making non-pragmatic policies which have nothing
to do with the development of FA; rather they are more concerned with their personal benefits.
Due to fuel shortage FA is forced to cancel many of its international flights and the passengers have no
other option but to select another available airline. In this era, competition is very high and there are
multiple airlines competing to grab the considerable market share of FA. Along with the reduction in
operations of FA, the existing workforce is overstaffed. The public blames corruption for this decline in
FA, and demands an immediate remedy for the survival of FA - else it would vanish sooner. Some
people say that lengthy and prolonged plans may be futile as survival is at stake right now and no time
is available for in-depth investigations.
