Decent Software House is wanted to develop software for a client on demand. The WBS of the software activities is given as in figure:

Keep in mind the above scenario and answer the below given questions:

Q.01 If Task (3) starts two days late, what is the effect on the project end date? Why?

Q.02 What is the critical path for this project, and what is the duration of the critical path? Why?

Q.03 How many days can Task (4) be late in starting without affecting the project completion date? Why?
