Total quality management (TQM) and Six Sigma are two concepts in the market which mainly focuses on the quality of the products or services. Six Sigma is comparatively a new concept in the market and may not be a replacement to the Total Quality Management (TQM) yet both have many similarities.

Being a production/ operations manager which concept do you think deeply focuses on the quality? Also mention the type of business you want to start and which quality standards you will maintain for your proposed business under TQM or Six Sigma or you will focus on both.
