viva voce examination in Spring 2012 of CS619

Intended Readers: All students who are eligible for viva voce examination in Spring 2012.

Details about each Venue are provided at 2nd half (bottom) of this page

If any student is not listed in the schedule whose deliverables up to Design Phase 2 are accepted,
then he/she should immediately contact the respective supervisor to get listed in the viva voce examination schedule.

All the eligible groups (groups with all phases accepted) are advised to bring the following to appear in
Viva Voce Examination:
1) PC (CPU) / Laptop containing your fully configured software
2) Soft copy of Final Project Report & Final Presentation
3) Your VU Student ID Card, CNIC

Note 1: To appear in viva voce examination, your fee status must be cleared and the CS619 course registration must be correct.
Note 2: You must reach at viva voce examination center ahead of your scheduled time.
If any student does not follow the time schedule, the viva voce examination will be considered cancelled and student will
get F grade in the project course.
